1. Return Eligibility
Please request a return in case of damages, defects, or noncompliance in the received product. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and includes all tags and packaging. The request must be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please provide an email with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product you wish to return at [email protected]. We will evaluate your request and further instructions will be communicated to you.
3. Refund Process
Payment is done by cash on delivery. The payment to your account will be made through bank transfer if the return is approved. Refunds generally take 7-10 business days to complete after confirmation of return. Kindly note that cash refunds cannot be made.
4. Non-returnable Goods
Due to hygiene and safety reasons some items cannot be returned. These include items that are clearly visible as having been used, items damaged as a result of incorrect handling, and items marked final sale.
